Bid Sheets are due on Wednesdays.

PaPa J’s makes every effort to honor all requests.

The more consistently you Bid for the same shifts weekly,
the more likely you will be scheduled the same shifts weekly.

If you are unavailable to work a scheduled shift,
it is your responsibility to communicate to the business operation as soon as possible by Calling the Work Site at 412 429 7272 and speaking with the Manager on Duty.

Note that Breaks are not required by City, County, State or Federal Governments.

The business will make every attempt to support break requests, however routine breaks requests require advance notice by use of this Bid Sheet.

All Breaks are required to be “Off the Clock” Including Cigarette Breaks.

Breaks must be Approved by the Manager on Duty.

Breaks must be only 1 Employee at a time.
